Val started her journey in the beauty industry in 2017. She has been working to advance her career with Aveda by completing an internship with our owner Alicia, passing color, cut, and business classes, and always looking for the next thing she can do to grow her skill set. She quickly found a passion for blonding and hair extensions! Val loves diving deep into the science behind Aveda products and possesses a love for educating her guests about which products are best for them and why. Her goal in the future is to become an educator with Aveda, but don’t worry—her first passion is and will always be taking care of her guests with a holistic approach.
