Salon Fleur de Lis is also looking for friendly, organized, and professional guest relations team members who can help create an exceptional experience from the moment a guest connects with us.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. Our guest relations team plays a major role in shaping the overall tone of the salon and helping guests feel welcomed, informed, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally
• Support appointment scheduling, confirmations, and front desk communication
• Assist with retail recommendations and general guest education
• Help maintain an organized, polished salon environment
• Support the service providers and leadership team throughout the day
